Obituary

Thomas “Tom” F. Schwartz, 81, of Chicago passed away March 5, 2017 at home of natural causes. Born in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood to begin a lifelong love of the Chicago Cubs, Tom was a devoted father of Steven (Elizabeth Briggs) Schwartz; a loving grandfather of Colette, Margaux and Rowan Schwartz; an unconditionally protective and loving older brother of the late Jerome and the late Paul Schwartz; son of the late Frederick and the late Hildegard (nee Karl) Schwartz, and former husband of Marilyn (nee Hodits) Schwartz. Services and interment are private.
