Fay Toshiko Kadowaki, 85, passed away on Sept. 29, 2014. Beloved wife of the late Ken Kadowaki. Loving mother of Mark (Angie) & Rick (Sue). Cherished grandmother of Christopher, Reiko, Kevin, Brian, Jason, Hannah, & Colleen. Fay was a devoted member of Christ Church of Chicago and a frequent volunteer for the Japanese American Service Committee. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Christ Church of Chicago or Alexian Brothers Cancer Institute.
