Matsumoto,
Katsuo Matsumoto, 94 years old, died August 13, 2012. Katsuo was the beloved husband of the late Yoko and loving father of Susan (Mark), Janet (Rex), Jerry (Lynne) and Tom (Linda). He was also loved and will be missed by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Katsuo was born in Los Angeles and moved to Chicago after being honorably discharged from the Army in 1945. There he met and married Yoko Yamamoto and together they spent the next 60 years raising their family and enjoying the company of their grandchildren. Katsuo will be remembered for his devotion to family, his craftsmanship, his artistry (both in water colors and Japanese calligraphy), his sense of humor and his love of casino trips.
